Studio / Classes


My private home studio is set up to accommodate 1:1 or 2:1 training sessions to best meet your fitness goals. My space is spacious with lots of natural light for circuit cardio training and dynamic exercise movements. I incorporate my exercise equipment to create a personalized training program to help you meet your fitness goals. Equipment includes:

  • Medicine balls, stability ball, BOSU, DB’s, Kettlebells, Reisitance Bands, 
  • jump ropes, fitness trampoline, boxing stand
  • TRX Suspension Training and a Pull-Up Station

Louis Alalade – NEW

ACE Certified Personal Trainer & SCW Boxing Coach

Louis joins Grit Life Fitness in the Summer of 2020. Louis comes from a sports and athletic background. Training in football, basketball and boxing. Louis is currently open for training 1:1 *Outdoor Boxing Sessions (60 min). To book a session with Louis you must first schedule a online complementary consultation on our book a session page. Louis likes to focus on total body conditioning during his boxing sessions to give you an overall balanced workout. [*Seasonal]

Can’t make it to the gym? Gyms still closed? No problem. Grit Life Fitness offers drop-in virtual classes all month long. Get your daily dose of exercise in the comfort of your own with other like minded exercisers.  HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Core Connection, Ballet-Tone dance cardio, Bootycamp / Top Off Bootcamp Masterclass, & Mat Pilates. On-Demand Videos for anyone who subscribes. Drop-in price is $5-10/class OR Choose one of the unlimited monthly subscriptions, ranging from $30 to $60 per month.

1:1 Personal Training (online or in-person):

Private one-on-one sessions at my home studio. Tools and exercise equipment include Stability balls, Medicine Balls, Jump ropes, Fitness trampoline, Resistance bands, Kettlebells, a Pull-up Station and TRX Suspension Training. My studio is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. I encourage questions and highlight the importance of self-care.

Online wellness Coaching / coaching check-ins:

Live too far away or want to work out independently but still want some professional guidance? I will talk with you and design a workout program and weekly training schedule based on your goals and level of fitness. Health or wellness focused goals or behavior change for improved results in your life. Weekly coaching check-ins are for touching base on your progress weekly.


  • Online meetings geared towards helping you reach your health and fitness goals based on where you are at.

Ultimate Virtual Coaching Program (seasonal):

Trying to lose weight but not getting the results just from exercise? This is a private accountability group for women who want to be healthier, more fit, get stronger, have more energy and/or lose weight! I run this program twice per year on a 12-week cycle. The program includes nutritional guidance, workouts on-demand, and or personalized workouts schedule. Finally the program is based on self and group accountability with coaching from me. After 12-weeks you will be able to SEE and FEEL better and healthier. This is ideal for women who are ready to commit to themselves.
