Live-Stream Virtual class Membership / drop-in: 

Can’t make it to the gym? Gyms still closed? No problem. Grit Life Fitness offers unlimited monthly class membership and drop-in virtual classes! Get your daily dose of exercise in the comfort of your own with other like minded exercisers.  HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Core , Ballet-Tone dance, Bootcamp, Pilates Fusion and Cardio Kickboxing. On-Demand Videos for members. Drop-in price is $7.99/class OR Choose one of the unlimited monthly memberships, ranging from $29.99 to $49.99 per month.

Includes: 

  • community and connection without the physical contact (plus NO commute time)

  • variety of classes to fit your fitness palate and offer balance in your training routine

  • All are welcome; any ability level! many options are given for the exerciser to choose what is good for them.

 

45-Min Consultation:

New clients begin with a 45-minute consultation prior to their first session to discuss health history and your specific fitness goal. Your training plan is progressive, based on effective science and safe techniques to achieve your goal.

Includes: 

  • In-person or online meeting to plan a strategy for your success.

  • NO purchase or commitment necessary.

  • Any goal or ability level .

 

Personal Training (online or in-person):

Private one-on-one sessions at my home studio. Tools and exercise equipment include Stability balls, Medicine Balls, Jump ropes, Fitness trampoline, Resistance bands, Kettlebells, a Pull-up Station and TRX Suspension Training. My studio is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. I encourage questions and highlight the importance of self-care.

Includes: 

  • 1 hour session of private one-on-one instruction and workout personalized to match your goal.

  • 1:1, 2:1 and small group training TRX course

  • Workout includes warm-up, cardio or strength focused routine and flexibility time.

 

Wellness Coaching:

Live too far away or want to work out independently but still want some professional guidance? I will talk with you and design a workout program and weekly training schedule based on your goals and level of fitness. Health or wellness focused goals or behavior change for improved results in your life. Weekly coaching check-ins are for touching base on your progress weekly.

Includes:

  • Online meetings geared towards helping you reach your health and fitness goals based on where you are at.

  • Covers and expands on exercise programming, nutrition, self-care, and personal growth.

  • Flexible scheduling and any location as long as you have internet access!

 

Virtual Coaching Program (TBD):

Trying to lose weight but not getting the results just from exercise anymore? This is a small group for women who want to be healthier, more fit, get stronger, have more energy and/or lose weight! In six weeks you will develop a better mindset towards your health and weight so that you can build the behaviors for long-term change. Individual nutritional guidance, workouts on-demand, and a personalized workout schedule for the actions but the real work is based on self awareness and group accountability with coaching from me. You will be able to SEE and FEEL better and healthier. This is ideal for women who are ready to commit to work on their vision.

Includes:

  • Nutrition programming, & access to online workout videos on-demand.

  • group and 1:1 Wellness Coaching.

  • weekly fun challenges and giveaways.
