Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one fitness instruction with a trainer. You'll get personalized guidance to help you lose weight, build muscle, and meet other fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Online Class Membership

Weekly classes keep you fit and healthy with a wide variety of workouts to improve your overall strength, aerobic endurance, range of motion, and flexibility. Five unique classes are offered every week. As a member you have unlimited access to the online classes plus you will have access to past on-demand workouts. Non-members can signup and take a class whenever you like.

How do I schedule Nutrition Coaching with you?

Nutrition Coaching is a 12wk minimum commitment or longer. If you are interested in working on improving your nutrition and health fill out the consultation form on my home screen. Online coaching session are weekly (30 minutes) and progress is based on your pace. I look forward to meeting with you.

Why should you work with me?

Working with a personal trainer is a big decision. You are taking control over your health, longevity and vitality. Exercise is the best medicine that we often overlook or don't know about. My background of 16+ years of exercise and fitness give me an unique approach and perspective. I have extensive experience with working with individuals of all age levels and health concerns. I adapt and adjust for what your body needs based on your specific fitness goals. Movement assessment and pain-free movement are the foundation of building strength. We progress at a pace that fits your season of life and your lifestyle. Most of my clients are busy and have many demands on them, they have decided to prioritize their health and fitness so they can do all the things they want to do. We always consider other factors in your training like sleep hygiene, nutrition, hydration, stress management and non-structured physical activity. I do not do cookie cutter programming or fads. We stick to safe, effective and efficient routines that get you to your goals.

Payment Policies

Grit Life Fit takes Credit Card, Venmo or Cash.

Payment is due on or before your first session of a package or any one-off session.

Credit card transaction have processing fees of 3.25%. Venmo or Cash is preferred if possible.

Raymond Park Bootcamp Scheduling

Raymond Park Bootcamp is a unique organic neighborhood community in the heart of Cambridge, MA. If you have the pleasure of attending classes, here are a few policies starting November 2025

  • First class is free
  • You will create a member account with an username and password.
  • Once you have an account you are responsible for scheduling your classes.
  • Classes need a minimum of 6 participants to run.
  • Classes with 5 or less participants will be canceled the night before at 8:00pm.
  • You can schedule up to 7:00pm the day before a class.
  • Classes can be scheduled 30 days in advance.
  • There is an App Gymdesk for members.  The image is a red G. Download the App from Google Play or the Apple Store
  • If you are a NO SHOW and their were less then 6 participants at class you will be charged 1 class.
  • Your account tracks your classes, you are responsible to renew your classes prior or on the day of the next class. 
  • If you come to class without signing up you will be you will not be guaranteed use of equipment, if equipment is being used.

High Intensity Interval Training is a bodyweight workout that requires a base of strength and aerobic conditioning, good stability and no injuries. The class always offers options for low-impact and focuses on form over fatigue. All ability levels are welcome and anyone new should go at 50% intensity the first time to see how it feels. Experience a great workout and improve your energy management.  Focuses on cardio strength and core. Heart pumping, air gasping drills intended to drench you in sweat and maximize your training time. Class has a proper warm-up, main routine and cool-down. The HIIT routine itself is very short (so you can be Powerful).

You need a 3' Foam Roller and up to two sets of Dumbbells (lighter & heavier). This workout will be drawn from Ballet, strength and mobility to improve muscle function, such as lengthening and strengthening. Improving your functional range of motion in your shoulders, hips, back and ankles. This unique class combines Ballet-type sequence (20 min), followed by 10-12 min of strength training and ending with 17 min rolling out on the Foam Roller.

Total core integration circuit training workout. Using body weight and dumbbell weights and resistance bands. You will strengthen and lengthen the three dimensional core, consisting of your abs, obliques, transverse abdominis, pelvic floor muscles, rib cage, diaphragm, hips and shoulders. The last 10 minutes of class is self-assisted stretching with a band. This is a fun class that covers total body strength, core work and flexibility.

This Bootcamp workout is a mix of strength and cardio targeting the larger muscle systems. Fun drills and themes to torch fat, tone, and shape your butt and legs. The exercises are dynamic enough that they engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques), as well. All levels welcome!

We often use some equipment. Like DB's, circle bands, or on rare occasion gliding discs.
